This project involved the complete transformation of a shell-and-core twinhouse delivered by the developer at The Crown Compound, Palm Hills, in 6th of October City, Giza. Conceived as the home of a young family with two children, the project required a thoughtful reinterpretation of the interior architecture to create spaces that respond to the family’s lifestyle while maintaining a refined and contemporary aesthetic.
Our scope of work extended beyond the architectural modifications to encompass the full interior design of the residence, including the selection of finishes, bespoke joinery, furnishings, lighting, and decorative elements. Special attention was given to achieving a harmonious balance between functionality, comfort, and timeless elegance.
The project also included the landscape and hardscape design of the outdoor areas, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces and enhancing the overall living experience.
From the early design stages through construction and final styling, we supervised every phase of execution on site, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. The result is a warm and sophisticated family home, tailored to the needs of its owners and brought to life through a comprehensive design approach and meticulous attention to detail.
